I have been using MRS on the Southside for a number of years now and I have called many companies looking for someone to do Property Maintenance and they were pretty much the only ones that ever called me back and boy am I sure glad of that, because I found a real gem on the south side. This company is not only extremely attentive to my needs but they genuinely seems to care about what I want to get done and as always they have given me a great price. I really can't see using anyone else. Quality work that my tenants never complain about. That sure saves me a lot of headaches.

Came on time and cleaned one portion of gutter and checked the downspouts as well. He said there were not too much debris found. So hopefully next time it rains heavily I won't see water coming down from the gutter. I am leaving 5 star rating but I am unable to check if cleaning gutter actually helped with the gutter overflow problem. I will check if the issue is fixed when next time it rains.
